Park Avenue Closure

Construction Schedule:
Currently, Park Avenue between First Street and Scenic Highway (US 17) is closed to all vehicular traffic. Sidewalks remain open to all pedestrians, but detours will be in place to direct traffic around Park Avenue. Our clients should park on Stuart Avenue or in the lots East of Scenic Highway (US 17). All parking is free. Please see map below for details:
Client Accommodations:
Our office is fully open for in-person office appointments, and we are available to answer your phone calls and e-mails.
We still must follow Florida law in creating and executing documents (such as wills, trusts and powers of attorney) which includes in-person witnessing and notarization.
We offer the following accommodations:
- Scheduling complimentary phone calls or zoom consultation.
- E-mailing intake sheets or drafted documents.
- Sign your documents “Curbside.” Parking is available across Scenic Highway or on Stuart Avenue.
- Transferring mobile home titles at the Tag Agency on your behalf.
Scenic Highway Closure
October 2024
Scenic Highway between Stuart Avenue and East Orange Avenue in Lake Wales will be closed temporarily, beginning Tuesday, October 22. Construction will near completion in approximately 90 days. Motorists will be directed to exit Scenic Highway on either Central Avenue or East Orange Avenue.
All sidewalks will be open but access across Scenic Highway to Park Avenue businesses will only be at the following intersections:
- Orange Avenue and Scenic
- Stuart Avenue and Scenic
- Central Avenue and Scenic
Customers may also park at the following locations:
- North Market Street
- Orange Avenue
- Stuart Avenue
Remember that the parking lots on the south side of East Orange Avenue are privately owned and are to be used only for their customers and employees.
